Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts 
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 
  • 1/4 cup tequila 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 
  • 1 tsp chili flakes 
  • Salt to taste

Simple Steps

STEP 1

Mix lime juice, tequila, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, chili flakes, and salt. Marinate chicken for 4–6 hours.

STEP 2

Grill over medium heat until charred and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes per side.

Serve with extra lime wedges and cilantro.
